החזרות
אנו מקבלים החזרות להחזר כספי עד 14 ימי עסקים מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת פרטי העסקה – לפי המאוחר מביניהם. ההחזר יינתן לאחר ניכוי עמלה של 5% או 100 ש"ח (הנמוך מביניהם),
בהתאם לחוק.
תנאי ההחזרה
- על הפריטים להיות במצבם המקורי, באריזתם המקורית, עם התגים והתוויות המקוריות.
- יש לצרף אישור רכישה מהאתר או מספר הזמנה.
- מטעמי בריאות, לא יתאפשרו החזרות וזיכויים על תחתונים.
זמן ההגעה של החבילה אלינו הוא עד 5 ימי עסקים מרגע איסוף החבילה ממך.
החלפות
אם את זקוקה להכוונה בבחירת מידה חדשה או בסגנון אחר מהאתר, אל תהססי לפנות אלינו לאותה כתובת מייל – אנחנו כאן כדי לעזור!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order summary or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wearesaisei.co.il. If your return is accepted, we’ll coordinate a courier pic up, and send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please bare in mind this service will cost 20 shekels, which will be deducted from your refund.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 14 business days from the first refund issuance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on underwear, sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
As a global brand, we’re currently unable to offer a direct exchange service. However, if you’d like to return your item for a refund, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. Simply email us at hello@wearesaisei.co.il.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved and:
- Items that were found to be defective or damaged: you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount of the return.
- Items that were not found to be defective or damaged but are eligible for a return: you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount of the return as long as returned within 30 days.
